AT&T's New Leadership Team

Kathy Dowling is senior vice president of customer service for AT&T's wireless operations, responsible for consumer wireless customer service call centers. She held a similar position with Cingular Wireless.
Dowling was instrumental in the formation of Cingular Wireless in 2001, leading merger-related activities for combining wireless assets from BellSouth and SBC to form the new wireless company.
Prior to that position, she was regional president for Cellular One and SNET Wireless and was responsible for the company's wireless operations in the Northeast Region. She is a graduate of the University of Arizona and has a master's degree in business from Webster University in St. Louis.
With more than 22 years of management experienced, Tammy Martin has responsibility for human resources for AT&T's Southeast region. Prior to this role, she had responsibility for leadership development and talent management at BellSouth, including staffing, development and succession for the Top 1000 executives.
Martin has worked in a variety of leadership roles at BellSouth, including directing all human resource efforts for the retail and business channels, and working in its technology community, small business services and BellSouth Mobility.
She has worked in numerous areas, including: people strategy development through organizational interventions, managing the HR discipline, facilitating teams, program and project management and business analysis and improvement.
Ellen Mitchell is the newly appointed vice president of merger integration planning for the nine-state Southeast region of AT&T. In this new role she is responsible for program management of post-merger synergy initiatives and tracking and reporting, and will lead the efforts working with business units, finance and human resources.
Prior to this assignment, she was responsible for human resources services delivery for the entire customer markets and corporate centers clients, which comprised of more than 12,000 employees and 27 officers. In this position, she was required to handle strategic planning, maximizing employee productivity and engagement, downsizing and organization re-design, and day-to-day employee relations issues.
Pam Parisian is senior vice president — IT for wireless at AT&T. As a key member of the AT&T Information Technology executive management team, Parisian is responsible for aligning the wireless organization's technology strategy wit the AT&T wireless business strategy for both consumer and business customers. Her role includes all wireless application software strategy, planning, design, development and operations support, including billing and quality control.
Prior to her current position, Parisian served as vice president — IT Acquisition Strategy and Planning for Cingular Wireless with responsibility for the integration strategy between Cingular Wireless and the former AT&T Wireless. Prior to joining Cingular Wireless, Parisian served as chief information officer for BellSouth Cellular.
Kris Rinne is responsible for the IT and network architecture and planning for AT&T. She is also responsible for production development for AT&T product and services. Additional duties include the wireless network infrastructure and device technology for new wireless products and services.
She was Cingular's chief technology officer with similar responsibilities. Rinne also served as vice president of technology and product realization, responsible for new product development from a technology standpoint.
Prior to joining Cingular, she was vice president of technology strategy for SBC Wireless, responsible for new product development and network operations support.
Debbie Storey is vice president consumer sales for AT&T Southeast region. She is responsible for more than 5,000 employees in 42 centers, generating more than $8 billion in annual revenue.
Prior to assuming this new role, she was the vice president merger integration for BellSouth and led the integration planning activity for the BellSouth/AT&T merger. Other recent assignments included: vice president broadband transformation PMO, and vice president-operations for BellSouth Advertising & Publishing Corp. She spent 16 years at Stevens Graphics, starting as a customer service clerk and ultimately was named vice president and general manager.
She is also president of the BellSouth Women's Networking Alliance and serves on the Terry College of Business Advisory Board.
